Ages 8-18. The Tune-In Music Program has been an integral part of the West End Cultural Centre for almost as long as the WECC has been around. We offer FREE music instruction on the guitar, bass, drums, voice, and songwriting for youth.
There will be no lessons or classes on Monday, October 13 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Ages 18+. This four-week vocal class will explore blues singing from its earliest form to contemporary examples. Singers will learn to recognize the 12-Bar Blues, as well as learn standards in the 12-Bar Blues tradition.

Join us for this fun family event for the holidays! Bring your little one to sing and play musical games with Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves. Your registration fee includes a photo with Santa and a holiday treat.

Ages 2-3. We’ll explore various themes each week through singing, movement, instrument exploration, and books. This hands-on group is a fun and engaging place to introduce your child to early musical concepts, build social connections, and foster a love for music!
Ages 4-5. This un-parented group will use a variety of instruments, movement songs, and familiar tunes to create a fun space for connecting and making music. It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos.
Ages 2-3. We’ll explore various themes each week through singing, movement, instrument exploration, and books. This hands-on group is a fun and engaging place to introduce your child to early musical concepts, build social connections, and foster a love for music!
Ages 4-5. This un-parented group will use a variety of instruments, movement songs, and familiar tunes to create a fun space for connecting and making music. It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos.
Ages 18+. Learn the basics of musical theatre (acting, singing and choreography) in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment. No experience required. Classes will include fun warm-ups, drama games, acting and movement, and basic dance moves.
Ages 18+. Ensemble Singing for Adults will prioritize learning to breathe, sing, and tell stories as a group. We’ll begin by focusing on unison singing and move towards introducing harmony.
Ages 0-3. Baby Beats is a parented early childhood music program for babies 0-3 that focuses on musical foundations and social skill development. Babies gain fine and gross motor skills, learn how to wait their turn, discover tempo and rhythm by dancing and playing with scarves or body percussion, match pitch and find joy in musical storytelling.

Ages 0-3. Baby Beats gives parents with babies and toddlers a chance to participate in music sharing time together from the comfort of their own homes. Children enjoy a variety of activities which focus on rhythm, motor skills and pitch while their parents begin to understand how their babies learn.
Ages 4-7. Is your child ready to start private lessons? Have they participated in early childhood programs and are curious about what comes next? This group class will introduce children to a different instrumental discipline each week, letting them decide what they like best as they transition into private instruction. Will it be brass? Violin? Piano? Voice? Try them all!
