Our last day of lessons for the 2024-2025 academic year will be on Saturday, June 14.
Summer break-office closed
Our office will be closed for summer break from July 1-August 4, 2025. We will re-open on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Intro to Instruments-1:30

This group music class will introduce your child to a different instrumental discipline each week, letting them decide what they like best as they transition into private instruction. Will it be ukulele? Violin? Piano? Voice? Try them all!

This un-parented group will use a variety of instruments, movement songs, and familiar tunes to create a fun space for connecting and making music. It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos.

It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos.
Musical Theatre for Adults
Asper Centre for Theatre and Film R3B 2P3, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 18+. Learn the basics of musical theatre (acting, singing and choreography) in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment. No experience required. Classes will include fun warm-ups, drama games, acting and movement, and basic dance moves.
Intro to Blues Singing for Adults
Ensemble room Bryce Hall, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 18+. This four-week vocal class will explore blues singing from its earliest form to contemporary examples. Singers will learn to recognize the 12-Bar Blues, as well as learn standards in the 12-Bar Blues tradition. In the fourth and final session, the class will write a blues song based on a chosen topic.
Ensemble Singing for Adults
Ensemble room Bryce Hall, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 18+. Intro to Ensemble Singing will prioritize learning to breathe, sing, and tell stories as a group. We’ll begin by focusing on unison singing and move towards introducing harmony.

Baby Beats is a parented early childhood music program for babies 0-3 that focuses on musical foundations and social skill development. Babies gain fine and gross motor skills, learn how to wait their turn, discover tempo and rhythm by dancing and playing with scarves or body percussion, match pitch and find joy in musical storytelling.

Intro to Piano

Intro to Piano is a four week introductory group class focusing on some piano FUNdamentals in a supportive group environment. They will get to spend time playing with others, getting introduced to note reading, and making music in a small group.
Fiddling for Adults
Chapel Bryce Hall, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 18+. Fiddling for Adults is a four week program intended to explore or re-discover your instrument using popular fiddle music. Multi level players are most welcome, as we can include easier parts for newer players, and spice things up for those looking for more of a challenge.
Intro to Voice
Ensemble room Bryce Hall, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 7-9. Introduction to Voice invites kids to explore their voices as a group with games, exercises and singing together. In this four-week introduction to vocal study, your child will come away with an understanding that singing is like any other instrument, gain valuable vocal technique, and set them up for successful individual instruction.
Intro to Violin
Chapel Bryce Hall, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaAges 7-9. Local violinist Clair Tang will use creative ways to introduce the violin to little hands! This four week introduction program will cover the basics of posture, bow holds, tone production, notation and getting those fingers down on the string for their first notes.
