Ages 10+. This group class will prioritize learning to breathe, sing, and tell stories as a group. The class will begin by focusing on unison singing and move towards introducing harmony based on level and interest of participants. This is a multilevel, intergenerational class that invites anyone wanting to explore the skills needed to be a part of a choir or vocal group.
Ages 2-3. This hands-on group is a fun and engaging place to introduce your children to early musical concepts, build social connections, and foster a love for music.

Ages 16+. Songs to be covered include field songs, work songs and popular and lesser known vocal gems from the West Indies. You will learn these songs through the aural-oral method of song acquisition, based on West African musical practices. Techniques such as call and response and use of body percussion will be covered.

Join us on a visual and aural journey through the last 200 years of the contributions of Black artists. Let the musical styles and visual expressions inspire your own artistic exploration as we pay tribute to those before us.
