What is your education and experience?

Music Education at McGill University and University of Prince Edward Island. Before joining the Manitoba Conservatory in 1990, I successfully operated a private studio for 10 years and I continue to enjoy preparing students of all ages (youth through adult) for Royal Conservatory of Music examinations or just exploring music through piano.

What makes your lessons unique?

I try to understand each student, tailor my teaching to that student’s needs and then motivate and guide them to achieve their goals.

What do you love about teaching?

Meeting students of all ages and levels with different goals and then guiding them on their journey in music is a supportive environment.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about taking music lessons?

Music is so beautifully gratifying and will continue to give joy throughout your life and it’s never too late to start!
