Musical Foundations

Our Musical Foundations program is designed for 4-6 year-old children who are ready for private lessons, but haven’t chosen an instrument yet. Your child will gain exposure to singing and percussion instruments while developing skills in an individual setting with these 30 minute lessons.

 

The Manitoba Conservatory of Music & Arts is Manitoba’s premier house for advanced music instruction. Our downtown Winnipeg music school offers private lessons in our Musical Foundations program for children between the ages of four and six. Our highly-qualified faculty members teach a wide range of musical styles. Every one of our Musical Foundations instructors is highly qualified to teach music. Our Musical Foundations instructors consider themselves musician/teachers — professional musicians who teach. Our Musical Foundations teachers offer customized learning plans tailored to each student’s goals and skill level, to help them progress faster and further. Fees

Musical Foundations instructor rates vary depending on the academic credentials and teaching experience of each instructor. Our 30 minute Musical Foundations lessons range from $25–$35 per lesson. All Musical Foundations lessons are weekly, unless otherwise specified.
