FREE Tune-In Music Program (at the West End Cultural Centre)
Ages 8-18. The Tune-In Music Program has been an integral part of the West End Cultural Centre for almost as long as the WECC has been around. We offer FREE music instruction on the guitar, bass, drums, voice, and songwriting for youth.
Musical Storytime-9:30 am (spring)
Ages 2-3. We’ll explore various themes each week through singing, movement, instrument exploration, and books. This hands-on group is a fun and engaging place to introduce your child to early musical concepts, build social connections, and foster a love for music!
Adventures in Music-10:30 am (spring)
Ages 4-5. This un-parented group will use a variety of instruments, movement songs, and familiar tunes to create a fun space for connecting and making music. It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos.
Musical Storytime-11:30 am (spring)

Musical Theatre for Adults-2 pm (spring)
Ages 18+. Learn the basics of musical theatre (acting, singing and choreography) in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment. No experience required. Classes will include fun warm-ups, drama games, acting and movement, and basic dance moves.
Ensemble Singing for Adults-3:30 pm (spring)
Ages 18+. Ensemble Singing for Adults will prioritize learning to breathe, sing, and tell stories as a group. We’ll begin by focusing on unison singing and move towards introducing harmony.
Baby Beats FREE online version-9 am (spring)
Ages 0-3. Baby Beats gives parents with babies and toddlers a chance to participate in music sharing time together from the comfort of their own homes. Children enjoy a variety of activities which focus on rhythm, motor skills and pitch while their parents begin to understand how their babies learn.

This hands-on program is intended for adults whose genders are under-represented in the DJ world. The course welcomes anyone who self-identifies as part of this wide spectrum of gender expression.
