Tune-In Music Program

The Tune-In Music Program, presented in partnership between Music Equals and the West End Cultural Centre, offers free music instruction on the guitar, bass, drums, voice, and songwriting for youth ages 8-18.
Professional musicians provide two hours of instruction and mentorship once a week on Tuesdays, from 4-6 pm at the West End Cultural Centre (586 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg). This is a great opportunity for participants to try out a new instrument or focus on one that they’re interested in.
