This un-parented group will use a variety of instruments, movement songs, and familiar tunes to create a fun space for connecting and making music. It is a great class for kids who are ready to start learning simple musical skills such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and changing tempos. It will also be an introduction to collaborating and engaging in a class environment and developing independence.
Accessibility: Our ensemble room (where this group class is held) is accessible by a ramp outside Bryce Hall. Once you enter the building, you’ll find a gender neutral, accessible washroom available to you. This is next to a push plate activated door leading to our ensemble room. An accessibility map can be viewed here. To request accommodations (including access to Bryce Hall from the top of the ramp), please email info@mcma.ca or call 204-988-7650 upon registration.
