Music & Wellness for Anxious Times

Taking Care of our mental health is important. Do you have a go-to song that you listen to on tough days? How do the life stories of your favourite artists affect how you listen to their music? What playlist do you put on before you write a big exam? These are some of the questions we will explore in Music & Wellness. This group will explore how we can use music to support ourselves and each other through song sharing, discussions, artist biographies, and various art forms. The needs and interests of each group member will guide the content as we work to create a toolbox of coping skills that can help you navigate these challenging times.
