Music Equals community programs

Music Equals FREE Community Programs are designed for all ages and skill levels. We offer a wide variety of classes where our participants can learn to play different instruments, learn more about various musical genres, and expand their skillset through the medium of music. Our goal is to increase accessibility to music opportunities for those who face barriers to participating in music education.

Baby Beats gives parents with babies and toddlers a chance to participate in music sharing time together from the comfort of their own homes. Instructor McKenna Ogg uses nursery rhymes, books, music recordings, dance, movement, and body percussion to introduce basic musical foundations to our littlest participants. Children enjoy a variety of activities which focus on rhythm, motor skills and pitch while their parents begin to understand how their babies learn.
