DESCRIPTION:Do you have a preschooler who loves to sing\, dance\, play dress up\, and tell stories with music? Are you curious to see if they are the next musical theatre star? Are you unsure whether or not they are ready to start taking music lessons? Children as young as age four are often ready for private instruction! Explore four weeks of musical theatre in a small group to help determine whether your child is ready for the next step in their musical journeys with activities designed especially for busy minds and bodies who love music! \nThese introductory classes are designed to be a stepping stone towards private music lessons. We are offering graduates of this class a $50 discount for individual instruction. Intro to Musical Theatre students must register for private lessons within one year of graduation from this class in order to take advantage of this special offer. \nAccessibility: The chapel (where this group class is held) is accessible by a ramp outside Bryce Hall. DESCRIPTION:What can we find as we tiptoe through the forest\, fly through space\, or zoom around in a car? This parented group will explore various themes each week through singing\, movement\, instrument exploration\, and books. This hands-on group is a fun and engaging place to introduce your child to early musical concepts\, build social connections\, and foster a love for music. \nAccessibility: Our ensemble room (where this group class is held) is accessible by a ramp outside Bryce Hall. Once you enter the building\, you’ll find a gender neutral\, accessible washroom available to you. This is next to a push plate activated door leading to our ensemble room. There is a Handi-Transit stop across the street from Bryce Hall. An accessibility map can be viewed here.
