Piano, Theory, preparing students for Royal Conservatory of Music examinationsMaura Doyle began teaching at the Conservatory in 1990. A native of PEI, Maura studied music at the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown and McGill University in Montreal.
Before joining the Conservatory, Maura successfully operated her own private studio for 10 years and continues to enjoy preparing students of all ages (youth through adult) for Royal Conservatory of Music examinations or just exploring music through piano. Maura’s students consistently achieve above average grades in RCM exams in both piano and theory. Some of her students have gone on to pursue careers in music. Maura has been invited to adjudicate piano for private music schools in Winnipeg.
Above all, Maura’s goal is to give her students the gift of a lifetime of music appreciation.
