Career Highlights

A local actor and singer, Elliot has appeared with Rainbow Stage, Manitoba Theatre for Young People, Dry Cold Productions, Winnipeg Jewish Theatre, Manitoba Opera, Winnipeg Studio Theatre, and M161005-elliot-webanitoba Underground Opera – among other companies. During his time studying voice at the University of Manitoba, Elliot was a recipient of the Orville J. Derraugh Memorial Scholarship and was runner-up for the Rose Bowl in t
he 2016 Winnipeg Music Festival. Career highlights include playing Flounder in the Canadian premiere of Disney’s The Little Mermaid (Rainbow Stage), Leo Frank in Parade (Opera NUOVA), Papageno in The Magic Flute (Manitoba Underground Opera), Centipede in James and the Giant Peach (MTYP) and Mr. Lindquist in A Little Night Music (Dry Cold). This winter, Elliot will appear in Winnipeg Studio Theatre’s production of American Idiot. In addition to performing, Elliot also has experience in playwriting and composition, and has worked as an apprentice director (Shiksa and Stars of David with WJT) and associate music director (Godspell with WST and Mr. B
urns
with DTC).
