Soprano, Dawn Bruch, completed her Bachelors of Music in voice at Montreal’s McGill University. The singer returned to her home base, Winnipeg, and graduated with her Post-Baccalaureate and Masters of Music degree at The University of Manitoba where she studied with Tracy Dahl.
As a polished, sensitive and professional singer, Dawn has appeared with Manitoba Opera as Giovanna in Rigoletto and Ines in Il Trovatore, The Little Opera Company’s production of Prima la Musica, poi le parole as Donna Eleonora. She has also appeared with Lyric Opera Studio Weimar in their production of Le Nozze di Figaro as Contessa Almaviva and as Lady Billows in Opera on the Avalon’s Albert Herring.
Dawn is also a sought after concert performer appearing with Groundswell, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and the Winnipeg Chamber Music Society. Dawn enjoys teaching private voice lessons and looks forward to working with new and returning students at the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts.
