Biography
Bertha has taught students from Beginner level (both children and adults) through to the ARCT level. She has taught in a variety of school settings including Trinity College Boys School, Port Hope, Ontario, Trafalgar Castle Girls School, Whitby, Ontario, Balmoral Hall Girls School, Winnipeg, and Providence College, Otterburne, MB. She has taught at the MCMA since 1991. Education includes an ARCT Piano Performance, Orff Level 2, Bachelor of Sacred Music (CMBC, now Canadian Mennonite University), with additional studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto, and at the University of Toronto. In addition to teaching she is active as an accompanist for student performances and exams.
