DID YOU KNOW? Called “the voice of angels”, the genealogy of the harp goes back more than 2,500 years. The modern form of the harp first appeared in Medieval Europe in the 8th – 10th centuries, with the sound box being added in the 14th century. A full-sized concert harp has 47 strings.
